Bio-Gem Memory Culture × Global Payment Network × DeFi & RWA Expansion
Kaia Network Version 4.0 White Paper
This white paper is a reference document explaining what the POPCORN ecosystem does, where the token is used, and what risks to be aware of. Beginners reading this white paper should first ask "What function does this token serve in actual services?" rather than "Can I make money by buying this token?"
POPCORN is not a product that grants ownership of a company like stocks or bonds. Holding POPCORN does not grant equity, dividends, voting rights, or liquidation distribution rights in ABETREE Foundation, Rainmakers Studio, or any strategic partner company. The token is described as a functional means used within the ecosystem for payment, settlement, membership, rewards, and access verification.
The roadmap, partnerships, and payment/DeFi/RWA features may change depending on legal review, security audits, partner agreements, and the regulatory environment of each country. The timelines stated in this document are plans, not promises that they will necessarily be executed.
Token prices may fluctuate depending on various factors including market supply and demand, exchange conditions, regulations, technical stability, and project execution capability. Recovery of principal, redemption, listing, liquidity, and returns are not guaranteed.
Users must independently verify the tax, foreign exchange, anti-money laundering, personal information, and digital asset regulations of the country in which they reside.
The POPCORN project is a multi-project ecosystem that connects bio-analytical memory culture, a global payment system, and DeFi and RWA expansion possibilities around a single token. POPCORN is not a point system used only in one app or one shopping mall, but aims to be a common payment, settlement, and membership tool that multiple services can use together.
Bio-Gem & Memory Culture — An integrated memory culture service connecting bio-gems, digital archives, AI memorials, Eternal NFTs, and offline memory culture centers
Global Payment Network — Building a recurring payment network through online malls, offline QR payments, merchant APIs, wallets, reward engines, and smart settlement functions
DeFi & RWA Expansion — After real payment and rights proof data accumulates, expansion into liquidity, staking-type participation, RWA collateral, and merchant finance within the scope permitted by regulations and security
This expanded document explains each item of the existing table of contents in a way that is easy for beginners to understand. Technical structures use analogies and examples as much as possible, and legal and risk-related content has been conservatively organized to avoid misunderstanding.

POPCORN is not a token for a single product or a single platform, but an ecosystem-type token that multiple real services can use together. To put it in a way that beginners can easily understand, POPCORN is close to a "common usage right that can be used when purchasing memory culture products, for merchant payments, and later connected to DeFi functions within the permitted scope."
The core of the project is that physical products and digital services are built first, and then token functions are connected on top of them. Rather than simply issuing a token and then finding use cases, the approach is to create actual usage scenarios — such as bio-gems, digital archives, AI memorials, payment systems, and merchant settlement — and use POPCORN as the connecting tool.
Token use cases do not depend on a single area. Memory culture products are high-involvement, high-value-added products; the payment network can generate recurring transactions; and DeFi expansion can supplement liquidity and financial infrastructure over the long term.
Project 01 — The memory culture domain with emotional value and physicality (bio-gems, digital archives, AI memorials, offline centers)
Project 02 — A global payment network where recurring payments can occur
Project 03+ — An area that can expand into DeFi, RWA finance, and new industry projects in the future
In modern society, the ways of funeral and memorial are changing rapidly. In the past, physical spaces such as cemeteries and charnel houses were the center of memorialization, but now there is growing demand to preserve and share photos, videos, voices, messages, family histories, and pet records together.
Bio-gems are a service that implements elements extracted from biological samples of the deceased or pets as symbolic lab-grown gems. Rather than leaving memories only as simple photos or mementos, this approach connects highly permanent gems with digital records.
Digital heritage refers to the digital records left by an individual's life. Mobile phone photos, cloud files, SNS, messengers, voice files, video files, and documents can all become digital heritage. The problem is that these materials are scattered in many places, and there are insufficient standards for who can access them after death and how to preserve or delete them. The POPCORN project aims to connect physical memory and digital memory through bio-gems, digital archives, AI memorials, and Eternal NFTs.
The global payment market is developing into a structure where various methods — cards, bank transfers, electronic wallets, QR, mobile payments, and prepaid instruments — are used together. Users want simple and fast payments, but sellers and platforms must solve problems of fees, settlement delays, refunds, currency exchange, taxes, and partner distribution.
Because multiple intermediaries are involved, fees accumulate and settlement times can be extended. Especially for micropayments or cross-border payments, cost-effectiveness problems arise.
Blockchain ledgers and smart contracts can record payment status, rewards, settlement, and access rights more transparently. A hybrid structure used alongside cards, accounts, and electronic wallets is more realistic than replacing all existing payment methods.
The goal is a structure where users purchase products via QR or online payment and simultaneously receive rewards, coupons, membership, digital receipts, and NFT rights. Merchants can manage product registration, payment inquiry, settlement, promotions, and customer analysis in the Merchant Console.
RWA stands for Real World Asset, a concept that connects real-world assets or rights with blockchain records. In the POPCORN ecosystem, bio-gem certification, digital archive access rights, offline memory culture center usage rights, AI memorial subscriptions, merchant settlement receivables, and vouchers can be considered for RWA-type structures.
DeFi stands for Decentralized Finance, a financial infrastructure that automates exchange, liquidity provision, collateral, lending, liquidation, and governance through smart contracts. However, DeFi carries high risks. Smart contract errors, hacking, price crashes, oracle manipulation, impermanent loss, and liquidation risks exist.
The reason DeFi is mentioned in the POPCORN white paper is to explain that the token can expand beyond payment and rights proof into liquidity, collateral, and merchant financial infrastructure over the long term. Structures premised on guaranteed returns or principal protection should be avoided.
The problems that the POPCORN ecosystem aims to solve are broadly three. Identifying the structural problems occurring in each area and solving them in an integrated manner is the core goal of POPCORN.
Memorial spaces are limited, digital heritage is scattered in many places, and standards for family access rights and AI utilization are often unclear.
Global micropayments have high fees, merchant settlement can take a long time, and user experience is fragmented due to differences in payment methods by country. Rewards and memberships are also locked within each platform, resulting in low reusability.
Many token projects have failed to secure sufficient actual use cases, NFTs are not connected to real-world rights, or DeFi risks are not sufficiently explained. If on-chain records differ from off-chain contracts, user confusion can arise.
POPCORN aims to solve these problems through real service-based token use cases, integrated payment/settlement/rewards, RWA-type rights proof, and an approach that prioritizes personal information and AI ethics.
The POPCORN Solution can be understood as three layers. Beginners can understand the POPCORN Solution as "an integrated system that purchases products, stores records, verifies rights, receives rewards, and automatically settles with partners."
Physical production, archive storage, AI memorial services, offline center operations, merchant product provision — the domain where services are provided in reality
Wallet, payment, merchant console, rewards, NFG/NFT, compliance — the central function where users use POPCORN, merchants receive settlement, and rights are verified
Liquidity, staking, merchant finance — accumulating real payment and rights proof data, then expanding step by step within the scope permitted by security and regulations
The POPCORN ecosystem is not a structure operated alone, but a structure where multiple entities share roles and participate. What is important in this structure is the separation of responsibilities. Token issuers, service operators, actual product providers, payment infrastructure providers, and merchants must each clearly define their responsibilities to enhance user protection and operational stability.
System architecture is like a building's blueprint. While it may look like a simple payment app from the user's screen, behind it the service layer, payment layer, blockchain layer, data layer, and security/compliance layer all work together.

The Blockchain Layer handles token transfers, NFT-RWA rights proof, and state recording through Kaia Network and smart contracts. The Data Layer encrypts and stores personal information and archives, and the Compliance Layer and Security Layer provide KYC/AML, anomaly detection, multi-signature, and emergency stop functions.
Project 01 is POPCORN's core physical-based project. Bio-gems are a service that utilizes elements extracted from biological samples of humans or pets in the lab-grown gem manufacturing process to create symbolic gems such as diamonds, rubies, and sapphires.
This project is not simply gem sales, but an integrated memory culture service that bundles bio-gems, digital archives, AI memorials, offline experience spaces, Eternal NFTs, NFC connections, and digital inheritance. The gem is a physical symbol, the digital archive is a space for storing memories, and the AI memorial is a service that allows memories to be re-experienced based on approved materials.
Bio-gem production consists of the procedures of consultation, order, consent, sample receipt, element processing, lab-grown gem production, inspection, NFG connection, delivery or storage, and partner settlement. To put it in a way that beginners can easily understand, the order is "order form completion → raw material verification → production → quality inspection → digital certificate connection → customer delivery."
Customers can purchase products with legal tender, cards, accounts, or POPCORN where supported. To reduce price volatility during token payment, the exchange rate can be fixed for a certain period of time. The settlement structure is divided according to the ratio contracted by the manufacturer, seller, platform, and affiliated partners. When smart settlement is applied, the expected settlement amount for each participant is automatically calculated after payment success, and can be held or confirmed depending on the refund period or product fulfillment status.
NFG stands for Non-Fungible Gem, a structure that connects the unique identification and digital certification of bio-gems. While general NFTs are centered on images or collectibles, NFG is a certification layer for verifying the production history, warranty scope, unique number, digital archive connection, and rights change status of physical gems.
The digital archive is a data infrastructure that can store, classify, search, share, and inherit photos, videos, voices, documents, messages, family histories, life records, and pet records. It is not a simple cloud storage but a memory storage system that manages access rights and consent procedures.
Customers must be able to set the scope of disclosure, family access rights, administrator authority, heirs, deletion conditions, and whether AI can be used. For example, some photos can be set to be disclosed to the entire family, while some voice files can be set to be disclosed only to specific heirs.
All archive data requires encryption, backup, access logs, permission management, and retention period management.
Family access rights, administrator authority, heir settings, and deletion conditions can be finely controlled.
If data is to be used for AI memorials, separate consent and withdrawal procedures are required.
The AI memorial service is a service that generates memorial messages, conversational text, voice responses, video messages, and family record content based on approved voice, video, text, and image materials. However, this service is an area that is emotionally sensitive and carries significant ethical risks.
The purpose of the service is not to commercially consume the deceased, but to help families preserve and memorialize memories.
When using the voice, face, speech style, and conversation style of the deceased, explicit consent from the person or a legally authorized administrator is required.
Content created by AI must be clearly marked as "AI-generated content" so that it is not misunderstood as something the actual deceased said.
Procedures for consent withdrawal, data deletion, model deactivation, generated content review, and blocking inappropriate expressions must be provided.
Eternal NFT is an RWA-type rights proof structure connected to physical space usage rights, digital archive access rights, NFC connections, AI memorial services, memberships, and storage/exhibition services. In other words, it is not a simple picture NFT but serves as a digital certificate that identifies an actual service package.
Service rights are transparently identified, and transfer or inheritance history is recorded.
Archive access rights or membership status can be verified at any time.
Through Eternal NFT, service packages and rights information are connected to the digital inheritance structure.
The offline memory culture center is a key element showing that the POPCORN ecosystem is connected to actual spaces. In this space, bio-gem exhibitions, digital archive experiences, AI memorial communications, premium membership consultations, events, and B2B partner meetings can take place.
Unlike purely digital token projects, the offline center is a touchpoint where customers can directly experience and build trust. Customers can see gems, experience archive services, and select products through consultation. On-site QR payments, membership renewals, reservations, product purchases, and partner settlements can be connected to the payment system. The structure where offline experiences lead to online service subscriptions is important.
Project 02 is a project that expands POPCORN from the memory culture domain into the global payment market. Bio-gems are high-involvement products but purchase frequency may be limited. On the other hand, the payment system can create recurring use in e-commerce, content, tourism, performances, fandom, subscriptions, and local commerce.
The goal is a hybrid structure connecting cards, accounts, electronic wallets, local payment methods, and POPCORN tokens. Users can pay with familiar payment methods and simultaneously receive POPCORN rewards or membership benefits.
Merchants can manage payment approval, settlement, rewards, coupons, and customer analysis in a single console. This is not simply a payment agency but a platform structure combining payment, marketing, and settlement.
POPCORN Wallet is the user's basic touchpoint. Users can check token balance, payment history, rewards, coupons, membership grade, Eternal NFTs, NFG certification, and archive access rights in the wallet. Payment Gateway creates payment requests from online malls, mobile apps, and offline QR and delivers approval results. When payment is completed, rewards, settlement, digital receipts, and rights proof are connected.
Integrated verification of token balance, payment history, rewards, coupons, membership grade, NFT/NFG certification, and archive access rights
Processing payment requests from online malls, mobile apps, and offline QR and delivering approval results; connecting rewards, settlement, and digital receipts
MFA, device authentication, address book, withdrawal delay, transaction notifications, risk scoring, permission verification, and expiration management applied
Smart settlement is a structure that automatically distributes revenue generated from a single payment to multiple participants according to contracted ratios. Product suppliers, merchants, platforms, content providers, sales channels, referral partners, and payment partners can all participate in a single transaction.
Calculates rewards or discounts based on purchase amount, gift certificates, region, membership grade, referral status, and event conditions. Rewards can be paid immediately or delayed until after the refund period ends.
The merchant's management screen, where product registration, payment inquiry, refunds, settlement, promotions, customer analysis, and API key management are possible. It is the "admin page" through which merchants operate POPCORN payments.
The POPCORN payment network can be used in various fields including memory culture, e-commerce, digital content, performances/fandom, tourism/local commerce, subscriptions, and B2B settlement. Users can receive digital receipts, rewards, memberships, coupons, NFT rights, or archive access rights simultaneously with product purchases.
Utilized for overseas shopping mall payments and merchant settlement, integrating multi-country payments
Micropayments and subscription connections for video, music, and online courses
Tickets, merchandise, fan club pre-sales, and membership reward utilization
QR payments, coupons, local rewards, and experience product payment applications
Automated split settlement for package products involving multiple suppliers
Project 03+ means that the POPCORN ecosystem can expand into DeFi and new industry projects in the future. Here, DeFi should be understood not as a tool for short-term price increases, but as infrastructure that supports liquidity, payment accessibility, RWA rights utilization, and merchant finance over the long term.
All DeFi functions must be premised on smart contract audits, oracle stability, collateral evaluation, liquidation standards, risk disclosure, country-specific regulatory review, and partnerships with licensed financial institutions or custodians. It is stable to initially operate centered on payment and rights proof, and then expand through limited pilots after sufficient usage data and security verification have accumulated.
Reviewable DeFi modules include DEX liquidity, staking-type participation, reward vaults, RWA collateral, merchant finance, reserve management, and bridges and on/off-ramps. Each has advantages but risks also exist together.
Must not be designed as a deposit or fixed-return product. A method combining utilities such as ecosystem contribution, security participation, long-term membership, voting participation, and merchant campaign participation is desirable.
Can improve trading convenience but carries impermanent loss and manipulation risks. Sufficient audits and monitoring must be prerequisites.
Can connect with other networks but carries significant hacking risks. Security audits are essential.
Legal rights and evaluation frameworks must be confirmed. Collateral value assessment, liquidation procedures, and legal enforceability must be designed together.
RWA finance is a structure that connects real-world rights or assets with on-chain records for use in financial functions. However, issuing an NFT does not immediately make it collateral. Legal rights, contracts, valuation, ownership, transferability, collateral rights establishment, liquidation procedures, and legal enforceability must all be designed together.
Bio-gem certification, Eternal NFT service rights, offline space usage rights, digital archive subscriptions, merchant settlement receivables, and long-term membership vouchers are reviewable RWA targets in the POPCORN ecosystem.
It must be clear how collateral value is assessed, what procedures occur if value declines, whether rights transfer is possible, and what laws apply in case of disputes.
POPCORN is designed as a functional utility token based on the Kaia Network. The total supply is fixed at 100,000,000 POPCORN with a hard cap, and can be used for product/service use within the ecosystem, payment, settlement, rewards, membership, access rights, RWA rights proof, and future DeFi access.
The value of POPCORN is closely related to "where and how much it is actually used." Payment use cases, number of merchants, reward reuse rate, archive subscribers, service usage volume, and partner settlement demand are important.
The token distribution policy is based on the principles of distribution transparency, prevention of short-term selling, expansion of actual users, and long-term ecosystem operation. Foundation, team, and partner allocations are managed separately in purpose-specific wallets, and vesting, cliffs, usage restrictions, multi-signatures, approval limits, and execution history disclosure must be applied as needed.
Rewards for initial holders, community, and ecosystem participants
Expansion rewards for global ecosystem participants after the 1st allocation is exhausted
Merchant acquisition, marketing, and operations
Rewards for technology, business, and payment partners
Legal, accounting, security, and long-term operations
POPCORN's utility consists of payment, settlement, membership, rewards, access rights, rights proof, promotional deposits, fee discounts, DeFi access, and limited governance. The important point is that legal rights or service rights do not automatically arise from simply holding tokens. Actual rights are determined by purchase contracts, service terms, merchant policies, and local laws.
The POPCORN token economy is designed so that demand arises from the process of actually using products and services, rather than simply buying and holding tokens. As payment, settlement, rewards, membership, rights proof, and DeFi access repeat, usage data and network effects accumulate.
New users create wallets and participate in the ecosystem. They pay with POPCORN for bio-gems, archives, and merchant products. POPCORN rewards are distributed according to purchases. Rewards are reused for archive subscriptions or affiliated merchants. Partner settlement occurs and the ecosystem expands with new projects.
The sustainability of the ecosystem must come from actual revenue structures, not token prices. The revenue sources of the POPCORN ecosystem consist of bio-gem sales, digital archive subscriptions, AI memorial services, Eternal NFT packages, offline spaces, payment fees, B2B partnerships, and approved DeFi service usage fees.
Bio-gems are high-value-added products that generate premium revenue.
Digital archives and AI memorials can generate recurring revenue based on subscriptions or usage counts.
The payment network can generate merchant fees and API fees as transactions repeat.
Connecting with funeral, medical, insurance, trust, tourism, and content partners to simultaneously secure B2C and B2B channels.
Governance is the operating framework that controls token supply, reserves, service policies, project inclusion, smart contract upgrades, partner approvals, incident response, and disclosures. Simply put, it is "who makes important decisions by what standards, and how those results will be disclosed."
POPCORN aims for a phased governance model that harmonizes the efficiency of centralized operations with the transparency of Web3. Initially, the foundation and operating entity lead execution, but a method of regularly disclosing circulation volume, reserve movements, partner allocation usage, audit results, security measures, and incident response status is necessary.
Since POPCORN is a project combining payment, digital assets, AI, biometric information, personal information, RWA, and DeFi, compliance and security are core. KYC/AML procedures may be applied to high-risk functions such as large transactions, token purchases, legal tender withdrawals, merchant settlement, and DeFi participation.
Personal information must be collected minimally, with encryption, access control, retention period management, and deletion procedures. Biometric and AI data requires purpose-specific consent and withdrawal functions.
Smart contracts require audits and monitoring, and emergency stop and recovery procedures must exist in case of incidents.
Customer assets and operating assets must be managed separately, and custodians must be utilized when necessary.
It is reasonable to pursue market entry in the order of commercializing core memory culture products, connecting POPCORN payments, securing B2B partners, expanding online merchants, expanding offline QR, global localization, DeFi pilots, and building the developer ecosystem.
First commercialize bio-gems, archives, AI memorials, and memory culture centers, and expand B2B partnerships with funeral institutions, mutual aid, memorial halls, medical institutions, insurance, and trusts.
Connect with content, performance, tourism, and fandom merchants and expand online and offline QR payments.
Expand multi-language, multi-currency, and local payment methods to expand into global markets.
Verify DeFi functions through limited pilots in regulatory-permitted regions.
The roadmap is a plan that may change depending on development, partner contracts, regulatory approvals, security audits, and market conditions. The key is to proceed in the order of actual service commercialization, expansion of payment users, B2B partnerships, security audits, and DeFi pilots rather than token distribution.

The success of POPCORN should not be judged simply by token price, TVL, and trading volume. Actual users, repurchase rates, product sales, payment success rates, settlement times, customer satisfaction, security incident counts, and compliance processing rates are more important indicators.
POPCORN carries regulatory risks, price/liquidity risks, technology/security risks, business execution risks, data/AI ethics risks, DeFi risks, and tax/accounting risks. Users must fully understand these risks and make independent judgments.
POPCORN is not a stock, bond, deposit, insurance, derivative, collective investment product, investment contract, or fixed-return product. Purchasing, holding, and using POPCORN carries the risk of losing all principal, and price, liquidity, exchange listing, redemption, and returns are not guaranteed. DeFi functions may be restricted or unavailable depending on applicable laws.
Service users must separately review the terms of service, privacy policy, purchase contracts, merchant contracts, and partner contracts. It is advisable to receive independent expert review for legal, tax, and investment decisions.
On-chain is the domain recorded on the blockchain, and off-chain is the domain where actual services and data are processed. The POPCORN ecosystem aims for a structure that does not put all personal information and sensitive information on-chain, but records only the minimum necessary information on-chain and processes actual data in a secure off-chain system.

AI memorials and digital archives have personal information protection as their core. Files, voices, videos, and model generation processes apply encryption, permission management, and ethics control off-chain, and only minimum information such as consent status and access rights is connected on-chain.
It is important to accurately understand the key terms used in the POPCORN ecosystem. Below are clear definitions of major terms.
User flows are the sequence in which actual customers use the service. Below is the flow from bio-gem purchase to digital archive setup.
The user creates a wallet and registers an account. The system verifies basic KYC status and generates a wallet address.
The user selects a bio-gem product and reviews the price, production period, and consent form.
The user pays with POPCORN or legal tender. After payment approval, an order is created, and rewards and digital receipts may be issued.
Sample submission and production proceed, an NFG ID is reserved, and production status can be checked.
The user uploads photos, videos, voices, and documents to the digital archive and sets access rights.
When consenting to AI memorials, material review, model generation, and ethics filters are applied.
When the Eternal NFT is issued, the service package and rights information are connected.
Family access rights and digital inheritance structures are set up to pass memories to future generations.
The merchant settlement flow is the sequence in which a merchant registers a product, receives payment, and revenue is distributed to related participants. The settlement method may vary depending on the payment method, country, product nature, refund possibility, consumer protection regulations, and merchant contracts.
When payment succeeds, an order number, transaction hash, expected reward amount, and expected settlement amount are generated. Settlement is placed in a held or confirmed state depending on the refund period or product fulfillment status. After settlement is confirmed, it is distributed to merchants, suppliers, platforms, and affiliated partners according to contracted ratios. If a dispute arises, the original transaction and subsequent status are connected and recorded.
The POPCORN ecosystem is a structure where three core projects are organically connected around a single token. Each project can operate independently, but payment, settlement, rewards, membership, and rights proof are shared through the POPCORN token.
Combination of physical high-value-added products and digital services. The intersection of emotional value and technological innovation.
Payment infrastructure that creates recurring transactions. A universal payment platform expandable to various industries and regions.
Long-term liquidity and financial infrastructure supplementation. Step-by-step expansion based on actual data and security verification.
The core differentiating factor that distinguishes POPCORN from other token projects is its real service-first approach. Rather than issuing a token first and then finding use cases, actual usage scenarios are created first and POPCORN is used as the connecting tool.
Actual usage scenarios such as bio-gems, digital archives, AI memorials, and offline centers exist first. The token is a tool connecting these services.
Token use cases are distributed across three domains — memory culture, payment, and DeFi — reducing dependence on a single domain.
AI memorial ethics standards, personal information protection, KYC/AML, and security audits are set as core operating principles.
Here are the key points that those new to the POPCORN ecosystem must verify. This checklist is intended to help with correct understanding and wise judgment.

The success of the POPCORN ecosystem depends on a strong partnership network. Under the governance framework of ABETREE Foundation, Rainmaker operates the ecosystem, and 기억의문화관 (Giukeuimoonwha) serves as the Korean strategic partner providing core products and services.
B2B partnerships can expand into funeral institutions, mutual aid, memorial halls, medical institutions, insurance, trusts, tourism, and content fields. Payment partners handle card companies, bank transfers, electronic wallets, currency exchange, settlement, custody, and KYC/AML services. Developer partners can connect external services to the ecosystem through APIs, SDKs, and plugins. This multi-layered partnership structure simultaneously enhances the scalability and stability of the ecosystem.
Since POPCORN is a complex project combining payment, digital assets, AI, biometric information, personal information, RWA, and DeFi, compliance and security are not optional but essential. The following are the core security and compliance principles applied throughout the ecosystem.
Applied to high-risk functions such as large transactions, token purchases, legal tender withdrawals, merchant settlement, and DeFi participation
Minimum collection of personal information, encryption, access control, retention period management, and deletion procedures applied. Biometric and AI data requires purpose-specific consent
Regular audits and monitoring, emergency stop and recovery procedures operated in case of incidents
Reserve movements, large-scale token distributions, smart contract upgrades, and emergency stops are controlled through multi-signatures and approval procedures
POPCORN is an ecosystem-type token that preserves memories forever, makes payments smarter, and connects the future of digital finance with real services.
The POPCORN project goes beyond simple token issuance to build a new ecosystem that organically connects real services and digital technology. Through Bio-Gem & Memory Culture, humanity's most precious memories are permanently preserved; through the Global Payment Network, convenient and transparent payments are realized anywhere in the world; and through DeFi & RWA Expansion, a long-term sustainable financial infrastructure is built.
All of this journey proceeds on the principles of real service first, user protection, ethical AI utilization, and transparent governance. POPCORN believes that a token only has meaning when it is connected to the actual values of life.
